Synopsis :
Dans l'Angleterre sanglante de l'ère Tudor, Katherine Parr, sixième et dernière épouse du roi Henri VIII, est nommée régente tandis que le tyran Henri se bat à l'étranger. Lorsque le roi revient, Katherine est persécutée pour ses croyances protestantes, risquant tout pour un avenir sans tyrannie.
